Since She is a multitalented lady, she can easily identify the inherent talents of her students and guide them in other relevant fields also, other than drawing & painting. She has a group of dedicated and devoted teachers who execute their work meticulously. Her goal in life is driven by an ambition to run the school namely "Chitralekhanam" on the lines and ideas of Rabindranath Tagore's "Shanthi Niketan".

To her credit, Ridhima has produced paintings for adoring the honourable Chief Minister's new official residence for which the honourable Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy has complimented in his letter as the Paintings are master pieces of Creative excellence. One of Ridhima's paintings has been selected and presented to his excellency Dr.A.P.J. Abdulkalam, the Ex-President of India by Dr.Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, When he visited Hyderabad.
